Aurora — Terms of Service

Last Updated: May 6, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Aurora, these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the app. You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Stardust.

2. Use of the App

Aurora is designed to help you wake up reliably. While we strive for 100% reliability, the app depends on the Android OS and your device hardware. Stardust is not responsible for missed appointments or events resulting from an alarm failing to trigger due to device battery optimizations, hardware failure, or OS-level restrictions.

You agree to use physical wake-up missions (Squats, Shake) safely and at your own risk. Do not use these features if you have a medical condition that could be aggravated by physical activity.

3. Pro Upgrade

Certain premium features are available as a one-time in-app purchase ("Pro"). This grants lifetime access to those features on the Google account used for the purchase. Stardust reserves the right to modify the feature set of Pro at any time with reasonable notice.

4. Third-Party Services

The app uses third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions:
Google Play Services
Firebase Crashlytics

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Stardust does not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated terms on this page.
