Periodic Table Pro — Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Periodic Table Pro mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through in-app notifications, email (if provided), or updates within the App.

3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features, you must create an account via Apple Sign-In, Facebook Login, Instagram Login, or Email authentication.

3.2 Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4.1 Limited License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for non-commercial purposes.

4.2 Prohibited Actions
You may not:
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code.
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.

• Billing: Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled according to the policies of the respective app stores.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including logos, trademarks, and content, remain the exclusive property of Periodic Table Pro.

By submitting content (e.g., feedback), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the App.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or ourselves.

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Periodic Table Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
